DECORATE AN EASTER EGG COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
The promoter is The Toy Shop Helensburgh Limited registered in Scotland (Company Reg No. S576522).
The prize is a £25 voucher redeemable online or in The Toy Shop, 90 West Clyde Street, Helensburgh G84 8BB.
The decorated egg must be collected from The Toy Shop or using the printable download.
You (or your child) will be entered into the competition if you submit a suitable photo via email, Facebook Messenger or share on our social media channels.
A 'suitable' photo is one that is related to 'Easter Egg Decorating Competition' children's artwork.
By entering the competition, you give consent for your child's name and the photograph to be shared on social media and/or The Toy Shop's website.
You must be a follower of at least one of The Toy Shop's social media channels or have signed up to our mailing list.
Entry is not permitted for employees of The Toy Shop or their family members, or anyone else connected in any way to the competition.
No purchase necessary.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
The competition is open to UK residents only.
No further entries will be accepted after the closing date of 12th April 2024.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions, without notice, in event of circumstances outside of the promoter’s control.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prize(s) will be offered.
The prize is not transferable.
The winner will be chosen by The Toy Shop owner and/or employees and will be notified by The Toy Shop or a third party as specified.
Winners will be notified within 3 days of the closing date - if the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 working days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter or a third party as specified on the entry form will notify the winner as to when and where the prize can be collected.
The promoter’s decision in all matters related to the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Scots law.
The Toy Shop is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. We'll only ever use your email address to send you details of updates, special offers and promotions. You will be able to tell us not to send more emails at any time.
The Toy Shop accepts no liability for any losses or injuries suffered in connection with the competition.
By entering the competition, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms
